My art is not to be used in ai databases!
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
I must receive at least half payment before I begin the art piece, and I must receive the full payment before I send you the finished piece.
Do not repost your commission to any social media without my written consent. When you do repost, always credit me, otherwise I may ask you to take it down.
This includes selling my art as nfts or to AI databases. Nobody has permission to sell my art as an nft, or use my art in an AI database. Any who do so will be subject to proper copyright infringement laws.
Do not nag me to finish a commission. For example, do not ask me every day how the commission is going. I often send progress pictures as I go, and I will let you know if something comes up and the commission will be delayed. I am a full-time medical school student, so that will occupy a lot of my time during the week.
